Rainbow IVb, the Allrounder.
The Rainbow IVb was designed for F3B competition. The MH 32 airfoil makes the plane easy to handle, and also fast in the speed task.

wing: Hollow molded, 3-piece glass wing with carbon spar and special reinforcements for F3B/F3J. The ballast tube in the wing is left out in the F3J version to further reduce the weight. The ailerons are top hinged, while the flaps are bottom hinged to achieve a good butterfly braking performance.

fuse:
The molded, yellow prepainted glass/kevlar fuse has a servo bay and a nose cone for easy installation of the radio equipment. The wing can be mounted on the fuse right after delivery.

tail:
2-piece, hollow molded V-tail with carbon spar.

flight performance/usage:
The basic concept of the Rainbow IVb gives the plane a wide flight spectrum. The plane can be used either for slope sailing (F3F) or thermal duration (F3B/F3J) started with a winch.

radio: aileron, flaps (butterfly), rudder, elevator (V-tail)
